As a Solution-Focused Coach, I run personal (one to one) coaching services Monday-Friday to support dyspraxics, on zoom only at this time till further notice. These can help you with a range of issues including stress and time management, interpersonal, career, commencing projects, decision making to improve your future life quality, lasting an hour per session without time restrictions.
While personal coaching services are not mentoring or psychotherapy, I use a range of positive psychology and applied drama methods to help you achieve your aims. These include a range of powerful questions and improvised drama exercises to help you gain more insights, self-awarness, learn new ways of responding to conflicts and address beliefs that aren't serving you well to increase your future confidence. I take a strength-based approach to help you find solutions for this reason without excessive problem discussions, to identify your core strengths and how you can use these to address challenges to help you flourish. These are collaborative sessions tailored to your needs, values and circumstances, where you are made accountable to complete mutually agreed actions between session to achieve success!
New and prospective clients are offered 30min informal conversation by phone or zoom to explain the process further and clarify your aims and objectives before progressing further if they wish, following by 1 hour paid sessions thereafter.
